The latest entry-level iPad is priced at $349 and can be pre-ordered now, with a release date set for March 12.

A key distinction between this new model and its predecessor is the integration of the A16 chipset, as well as a doubling of the base storage capacity, which has increased to 128GB from 64GB. Notably, the base price remains unchanged from the previous generation, effectively providing double the storage at no additional cost. The display size has also increased from 10.9 inches to 11 inches, and the new model supports Smart HDR 4 for capturing photos. However, it is worth noting that this model does not support Apple Intelligence, and users will need to opt for either the first-generation or USB-C Apple Pencils if they wish to use a stylus with this device.
