Mario Day, also known as Mar10 Day or March 10, is just around the corner. This annual celebration is dedicated to commemorating Nintendo’s iconic plumber. It’s not his birthday, but rather a random day that resembles his name when written in a specific way, similar to how Star Wars Day falls on May 4.

$349 at Walmart

The main attraction of Mar10 Day is the deals on Nintendo consoles and Mario-themed games. Walmart is offering a Nintendo Switch OLED bundle for $349, which includes a digital download code for the excellent Super Mario Bros. Wonder and a three-month subscription to Nintendo Switch Online, resulting in a savings of nearly $70.

GameStop is also offering discounts on various Mario games, with prices reduced by $20, making them $40. This includes the recently-released Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD, which is a great port of a 3DS classic.

Gamers can purchase Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Mario 3D World Plus Bowser’s Fury, Super Mario Odyssey and Princess Peach: Showtime, all for $40. The remake of the original Mario Vs. Donkey Kong is available for just $30.

Nintendo fans have one more thing to look forward to. The company’s infamous or notorious Alarmo alarm clock is now available for purchase from Walmart and Target, in addition to being available on the Nintendo online store.
