The creator of the Terrifier franchise, Damien Leone, recently attended the Texas Frightmare Weekend, where he met with fans and shared some exciting updates about the upcoming Terrifier 4. In an interview with horror vlogger and pop culture commentator 3C, Leone revealed that the next installment will be “epic” and will not disappoint.
When asked to describe Terrifier 4 in a single word, Leone chose “epic”, emphasizing that it will be a thrilling and satisfying conclusion to the series. The film will continue to follow the character of Art the Clown, played by David Howard Thorton, as he wreaks havoc in Miles County.
Leone also teased that the film will explore Art’s backstory, which will be revealed in the first 15 minutes of the movie. This has sparked speculation among fans, who are eager to learn more about the character’s origins and potentially discover a way to defeat him. However, it’s likely that Art’s reign of terror will continue, bringing more gore and horror to the franchise.
Earlier this year, Leone expressed his gratitude to fans on his birthday by sharing an update on the script for Terrifier 4, which he described as “epic, thrilling, nasty, horrifying, emotional, and utterly satisfying”. He also confirmed that the film will finally reveal Art’s origin story.
