The exact dimensions of the Galaxy Z Fold 7’s display remain unknown, but recent hints suggest it may match those of the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition.
Samsung is set to unveil the Galaxy Z Fold 7 at the upcoming Unpacked event next month, and has already released several teasers showcasing its ultra-slim design, larger display, advanced camera, and more. However, the display size has not been officially confirmed in these teasers.
Previous reports indicated that the Galaxy Z Fold 7 may feature the same 8-inch display as the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition, with slightly reduced bezels that could increase the display size to up to 8.2 inches.
A recent post on X by tipster Panda Flash reveals that the official protector for the Galaxy Z Fold 7 has the same size as the protector for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition, further suggesting that the upcoming foldable will have an 8-inch display similar to the Galaxy Z Fold 6 SE. The tipster also notes that the bezels have been reduced by approximately 0.1 mm, although this reduction is barely noticeable.
While these details are promising, Samsung has yet to release official specifications for the device, so it remains to be seen whether the leaked display specs will be confirmed. To date, the only confirmed details about the device are that it will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite and will run Android 16-based One UI 8 out of the box.
