Refund and Returns Policy

At FusionMindLabs, we strive to provide the best services to our clients. However, if you’re not satisfied with our services or products, this Refund and Return Policy outlines our terms for refunds and returns.

1. Digital Services and Products

As a service-based business providing digital solutions such as web design, development, WordPress hosting, and more, we do not offer refunds once the service has been rendered or the product has been delivered.

  • Custom Services: For services like web development, SEO, server setups, and any other custom digital services, no refund will be issued after work has commenced or once the service is delivered.
  • Subscription-based Services: For ongoing services like managed WordPress hosting, maintenance, and similar subscription-based plans, cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle. If you cancel after your billing cycle starts, no refund will be provided for that cycle.

2. Domain Purchases

All domain name purchases are final and non-refundable once the registration process has begun. If there is an error in the domain registration or an issue with the purchase, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving it to the best of our ability.

3. Refund for Unused Services

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a refund or credit for unused services. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, and the refund will be evaluated based on the scope of services rendered. No refund will be provided for services that have already been started or completed.

4. Payment Gateway Charges

If you paid for any of our services through a third-party payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay), please note that payment processing fees may be non-refundable. This fee is charged by the payment gateway and is outside of FusionMindLabs’ control.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you feel a refund is justified, please contact our support team at info@fusionmindlabs.com with the following details:

  • Your order number or service details
  • A description of the issue or reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation if applicable

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and get back to you within 7 business days.

6. Cancellations

To cancel a service or subscription, please contact us at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle. Requests for cancellation made after this period may be subject to additional charges.
