A threat actor with unidentified origins is currently utilizing a bespoke backdoor malware, referred to as "Sagerunex", in targeted attacks. The primary targets of these attacks are critical infrastructure systems located in several countries, including Hong Kong, the Philippines, Taiwan, and Vietnam.
