Because I have been waiting for help from Microsoft for months, I am attempting to reach out to you here. Can you explain to me why there is not true customer support and why there is only one way to attempt to change our forgotten password by using a form? The response is always “Information does not match” or “You do not provide enough information.”

Then, we could discuss cricket as I also enjoy it.
