The Samsung Galaxy A36 and Galaxy A26 have been released in the United States, featuring a condensed version of the Galaxy AI suite with select, user-friendly features.

The new Galaxy A36 is priced at $400, while the Galaxy A26 costs $300 in the US market, and can be purchased directly from Samsung’s official website. Both devices come with Android 15-based One UI 7 pre-installed, and Samsung has committed to providing six major OS updates and six years of security patches.

Notably, both smartphones include a limited version of the Galaxy AI suite, dubbed “Awesome Intelligence,” which includes the following features:

  • Circle to Search
  • Object Eraser
  • Edit Suggestions

The Circle to Search feature allows users to quickly search for information about anything on their screen by circling it with their finger or the S-Pen. The Object Eraser is a photo editing feature that enables users to easily select and remove unwanted objects from images, enhancing the editing experience. Edit Suggestions provide users with helpful tips to fine-tune their photos.

Both devices are powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset, feature a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution, and have a 5,000mAh battery with 45W superfast charging support.
