Samsung’s Galaxy smartwatches are unique, offering a wide range of innovative features and enhancements in their wearable devices. However, some users have recently reported experiencing issues with sleep tracking. Fortunately, Samsung is already addressing the problem and has provided some solutions to resolve it.
According to reports on Samsung’s official community forum (via Sammobile), owners of Galaxy Watch 4, Galaxy Watch 5, Galaxy Watch 7, and Galaxy Watch Ultra have encountered inaccurate sleep tracking on their devices. The issue has been reported to occur occasionally, affecting the overall accuracy of the sleep tracking feature.
The good news is that Samsung is aware of the problem and has offered some fixes to address it. To start, the company recommends restarting the Galaxy Watch by turning it off and then on again, and also disabling power-saving mode to resolve the sleep tracking issue.
Additionally, Samsung has announced that it is working on a software update for the Samsung Health app, which will include a fix for the inaccurate sleep tracking issue. Although the company has not disclosed the exact release date for the update, it is expected to be available soon.
