Despite being late to deliver the most awaited stable Android 15-based One UI 7 version to its Galaxy devices, Samsung is continuously working on expanding the support of its latest software skin to all apps and services alongside its smartphones. Now, Samsung Music finally adopts icon refresh, thanks to One UI 7 support.
In the recent past, Samsung has redesigned its stock app icons, such as Notes, Reminder, Voice Recorder, and more. Now, Samsung Music joins this list, with the update now available to download via Galaxy Store.

The Samsung Music app started receiving a new update that significantly takes the app to a new version and can be recognized with the version 16.2.39.12 number. The key highlight of the update is that Samsung has integrated One UI 7 support within the Music app that eventually refreshes the app icon.

The new redesigned app now adopts a refreshing app icon that makes the overall app even more attractive. The Samsung Music icon gets an interactive gradient color theme with the mixture of both blue and purple hues collectively in the background. Alternatively, with the integration of One UI 7 support, users will be able to experience various new features and changes within the app.

Apart from this, the update further applies certain relevant bug fixes that help offer a smooth, stable, and immersive music listening experience to the users.
Since Samsung is yet to distribute the stable One UI 7 update for its Galaxy devices, currently only Galaxy S25 series owners can experience what’s interesting in the latest Samsung Music update, as the S25 models are exclusively running the One UI 7 version with Android 15 on top.
