Samsung Announces Global Availability of Galaxy S25 Series Just a Month After Launch
Samsung officially announced that it has pushed the Galaxy S25 series availability worldwide just within a month after launch.
Launch and Pre-Order Program
Last month at the Galaxy Unpacked event, Samsung debuted the Galaxy S25 series, including the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra. Right after the launch, the company opened the pre-order program along with a few benefits that were supposed to run from 22 January to 7 February. Meanwhile, this period, the company already started to deliver the devices in the US.
Global Availability and Processor
Now, the company has officially announced the global availability of the Galaxy S25 series. Samsung ditched its in-house Exynos for Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite to power the entire series worldwide.
Key Features and Specifications
The Galaxy S25 lineup comes pre-installed with Android 15-based One UI 7, incorporates Gemini, and is accessible in 46 languages. The company has focused on simplifying everyday life through intuitive, AI-powered experiences. Samsung introduced a bunch of new features with the series running One UI 7, including Now Brief, Now Bar, Writing Assist, and Drawing Assist. Apart from these features, the Galaxy AI capabilities also get expanded; for instance, the Circle to Search now gives more needy and helpful details with AI Overviews and one-tap actions.
Availability
The Galaxy S25 lineup will be available from February 7th via several carriers, retailers, and Samsung’s official website.
Color Options
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is available in four titanium color options, including Titanium Silverblue, Titanium Black, Titanium Whitesilver, and Titanium Gray, and the base and plus models (Galaxy S25 & Galaxy S25+) are available in standard colors, including Navy, Silver Shadow, Icy Blue, and Mint.
Additional Benefits
Each variant has six months of Gemini Advanced and 2TB of cloud storage for free, and Gemini Advanced offers Samsung’s top AI models and priority access to new features, for instance, Gems, custom AI experts for any topic, and Deep Research.
