The launch of the Galaxy S25 Edge by Samsung is imminent, with the expected launch date set for next month, on the 13th, and it is anticipated to be even slimmer than initially thought.

According to recent reports, the Korean tech giant is preparing to launch the highly anticipated Galaxy S25 Edge in selected regions, including Korea and China, on May 13, followed by a launch in the USA on May 30.At the Unpacked event earlier this year, Samsung provided a sneak peek at the Galaxy S25 Edge, showcasing its remarkably slim body, although no specifications or design details were revealed. Nevertheless, numerous leaks and reports regarding the device’s key specs have been circulating in the market.Initially, the Galaxy S25 Edge was reported to have a thickness of 6.2mm, but this is no longer the case, as it is now expected to be even slimmer. A reliable source, Anthony, shared a post on X, claiming that Samsung made changes to the device’s thickness midway through its development.However, there has been no official confirmation of this report, so it remains to be seen whether this revised measurement will become a reality. The Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and come with Android 15-based One UI 7 out of the box.
