Renowned Hollywood writer and creator Roberto Orci passed away on Tuesday due to kidney failure at the age of 51.

Orci’s most notable achievements came through his collaboration with fellow writer and creator Alex Kurtzman. The duo co-wrote and produced numerous blockbuster hits, including Mission Impossible III, Star Trek, Transformers, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, and many more.
