The Android 15-based skin comes with a significant package size of nearly 1GB. A key highlight of this update is the integration of Samsung Log for the Galaxy S24 and S24+ models. Additionally, it includes numerous important bug fixes and improvements from the previous beta build, aiming to provide a smoother user experience.

Expansion of Samsung Log to Galaxy S24 and S24+ after S24 Ultra:

One UI 7 Beta 5 introduces the Samsung Log feature for the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+. Previously, this feature was added to the Galaxy S24 Ultra with Beta 4. The Samsung Log feature allows users to record videos in log format directly within the camera preview, capturing a wider dynamic range for more editing flexibility. Note that the Log Video feature is currently exclusive to the Galaxy S24 series and the Galaxy S25 series, and is not available for the Galaxy S23 Ultra.

The Samsung Log feature enables Galaxy users to capture a broader dynamic range, offering more flexibility during the editing process. However, it’s worth noting that Samsung has limited the Log Video feature to the Galaxy S24 series and the Galaxy S25 series, excluding the Galaxy S23 Ultra.
