Introduction to Elon Musk’s Personal Life

According to Elon Musk, he feels a sense of duty to “create new humans.” A recent investigation by the WSJ has shed light on the possibility that Musk may have fathered more children than the 14 that are currently known to the public. Sources close to the matter suggest that the actual number could be substantially higher. The report also delves into the ways in which Musk maintains the confidentiality of this information.

The Role of Jared Birchall

At the heart of this situation is Jared Birchall, a long-time associate of Musk who oversees his family office. Birchall is also responsible for managing the logistics of Musk’s expanding family, which includes drafting confidentiality agreements and serving as a point of contact for the mothers of some of Musk’s children.

Agreements and Settlements

For instance, Musk allegedly requested that conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair sign a restrictive agreement after she gave birth to their son in the fall of last year. The proposed deal included a payment of $15 million, plus an additional $100,000 per month until the child turned 21, in exchange for her silence. However, St. Clair declined the offer, and she claims that the terms of the deal have become increasingly unfavorable with each perceived breach of trust. She told the Journal that Musk’s team sent her only $20,000 after the outlet reached out to Musk for comment on the article.

Jared Birchall’s Multiple Roles

Birchall, who also serves as the CEO of Neuralink, Musk’s brain-implant venture, and as a partner at xAI, Musk’s AI venture, may be shouldering the equivalent of a third full-time job in managing Musk’s personal life. According to the Journal, during a two-hour call with St. Clair, Birchall advised her that pursuing legal action against Musk “always, always leads to a worse outcome for that woman than what it would have been otherwise.”
