Finally, Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy S25 Edge smartphone through a livestream, boasting a remarkably slim design, impressive specifications, and extended software support. Below are the key specifications of the device.

The newly released Galaxy S25 Edge has dimensions of 159 x 76 x 5.9 mm, making it one of the thinnest devices in the Galaxy series, and it weighs 163g. It features a titanium frame, Gorilla Victus 2 glass at the back, and Gorilla Ceramic 2 glass at the front.

The device is equipped with a 6.7-inch OLED display, offering a 120Hz refresh rate, 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution, and HDR10+ support. Samsung has utilized the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, based on a 3nm process, to power the device. It runs on Android 15-based One UI 7 out of the box and will receive seven major OS Android updates.

The camera setup includes a 200MP wide-angle camera and a 12MP ultra-wide camera, capable of recording 8K 30fps videos. A 12MP wide-angle camera is positioned at the front for taking selfies. Samsung provides a 3900 mAh battery with 25W wired charging support.

The device is available in two variants based on memory, including 12GB of RAM and 256GB and 512GB internal storage. Samsung offers three color options, which are as follows –
