Recall Notice: Igloo Rolling Coolers

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a recall of over 1 million Igloo rolling coolers due to safety concerns. According to a press release, the lids on the Igloo 90 Qt. Flip & Tow Rolling Coolers have caused at least 12 fingertip amputations, bone fractures, and lacerations.

The recall includes approximately 23,000 coolers in Mexico and 47,000 coolers sold in Canada. To identify affected coolers, consumers can check the bottom of the cooler for a circular pattern containing the manufacturing date.
