Samsung has announced that its Samsung Wallet service will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, informing users of a brief downtime.
Samsung introduced the Samsung Wallet app, a dedicated digital wallet for Galaxy devices, which allows users to store and access various essential items such as payment cards, IDs, digital car keys, and tickets, all accessible with a single swipe.
For frequent Samsung Wallet users, a notice has been issued: the service will be unavailable on March 23, 2025, from 1:00 AM to 8:00 AM due to the Hyundai Card system’s regular PM maintenance. During this time, the app will be non-functional, so it is advised to complete any essential tasks before March 23.
A user posted on Samsung’s community page to inform others that the Samsung Wallet service will be restricted for a specific period.
As a result of the system maintenance, several services will be restricted for certain periods, including Samsung Wallet Hyundai Card registration, which will be unavailable from 1:00 AM to 8:00 AM, and Hyundai Card registration, deletion, and authentication from 4:00 PM to 4:10 PM. However, payment and payment cancellation will still be possible.
It is worth noting that the usage restriction time may be extended or changed depending on the status of the system maintenance.
