Cybersecurity startups worldwide are utilizing artificial intelligence to defend communities, governments, and users against increasingly sophisticated cyber threats. For example, a Spanish startup, CounterCraft, employs AI to identify potential threats by creating digital twin environments to entice and analyze attackers. Additionally, a California-based startup, DeepTrust, helps secure voice calls on various platforms to counter AI-enabled attacks.
At the Munich Cyber Security Conference, we announced the 16 companies – including CounterCraft and DeepTrust – selected for the third cohort of our Google for Startups Growth Academy: AI for Cybersecurity program. These startups, representing eight countries, will receive mentorship, training, and resources to aid in scaling their AI-powered solutions and contribute to a safer global environment.
The one-year program commences on March 26 in Warsaw with personalized workshops and mentoring sessions featuring Google AI and cybersecurity experts from Mandiant, VirusTotal, and Google Cloud. Through targeted support, guidance, and access to a network of fellow founders and industry leaders, we aim to provide these startups with the best possible chance to succeed.
