To access Gemini, users simply need to click on the "Ask Gemini" icon located at the top right corner of their Google Calendar window. From there, they can either select a suggested prompt or enter their own query.
Conversational Capabilities
Gemini offers suggested prompts to help users get started. For example, it may suggest adding a lunch event or finding the next meeting with a specific individual. Users also have the option to view more suggestions by selecting the "More suggestions" option.

Users have the flexibility to write their own prompts, such as inquiring about their next meeting with a particular person, the number of meetings scheduled on a specific day, or adding a recurring event like a weekly workout.
