Following the integration of the DIY Home feature within the Home Up module, several users have reported experiencing some functional issues. In response, Samsung has released an update for the Home Up app, which promises to deliver a more seamless user experience.

The Home Up module, part of Good Lock’s customization options for the Home screen, has undergone redesign and now includes various new features, such as DIY Home, allowing users to personalize their device’s Home screen according to their preferences.

In the meantime, Samsung has rolled out an update for the Home Up module, bringing it to version 16.0.00.72. The update is now available for download via the Galaxy Store.

Notably, the latest update’s changelog highlights several key fixes that address issues encountered in the previous version, including the flickering issue on the Home screen when using DIY Home, as well as errors with DIY Home’s widgets.

Additionally, the update resolves other significant bugs that were hindering users from fully utilizing the Home Up app, particularly the DIY Home feature, ultimately providing a more enhanced user experience.

Samsung appears to be working towards making the Good Lock’s Home Up module more interactive and enjoyable for a wider range of Galaxy users, as the company has already announced plans to release a One UI 7-based Home Up module for Galaxy Foldables and Tablets owners.
