Following the launch of Samsung’s latest Galaxy S25 series, which dominated headlines worldwide, excitement has already begun to build around the company’s upcoming Fan Edition variant of its foldable lineup, the Galaxy Z Flip FE, after the company inadvertently confirmed its existence.
A new piece of information has surfaced online, as the Galaxy Z Flip FE has appeared on Samsung’s test firmware server (via Erencan Yilmaz on X), providing the Galaxy family with confirmation that the company’s most affordable foldable device is on the way.
A screenshot from the post reveals a SM-F761B model number, which is believed to be the Galaxy Z Flip FE, with the letter B in the model number and EUX code indicating that the device is intended for European markets. However, with limited information available, the phone is likely to arrive in the second half of 2025.
Rumored specifications for the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip FE include the use of the same display as the Galaxy Z Flip 6, featuring a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, and powered by an Exynos chipset.
Samsung may follow a similar launch pattern for its upcoming foldable, the Galaxy Z Flip FE, as it has with previous releases. Hopefully, fans won’t have to wait too long to discover what Samsung has in store, as the company aims to deliver its best to compete with rival companies in the foldable market.
