Samsung is currently in the process of expanding its February 2025 security patch to additional devices, with the Galaxy Tab S10 5G being the latest to receive the update.

The South Korean technology company has already rolled out this month’s security patch to several Galaxy devices (list), including the Galaxy Tab S9 in Europe, and is now making it available for the Galaxy Tab S10 series in Korea, specifically for the 5G variants. The specific version numbers for the update are as follows:

  • Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra—X926NKOS2AYB1
  • Galaxy Tab S10+ – X826NKOS2AYB1
  • Regarding the Wi-Fi variants, the update is available with the following separate version numbers:

    • Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra: X920XXS2AYB1
    • Galaxy Tab S10 Plus: X820XXS2AYB1

The February 2025 security update has a file size of approximately 331.82 MB and includes a range of essential fixes recommended by both Samsung and Google. This update addresses all the bugs and security vulnerabilities from the previous version, ensuring a seamless user experience.

In addition to bug fixes, the company has enhanced the system security with the update to provide an extra layer of privacy, thereby improving users’ overall secure experience. The patch also improves the stability and reliability of the device, enabling it to perform its functions more efficiently.

Just last week, Samsung released the February 2025 security patch for the Galaxy Tab S8 in its home country, South Korea. It is expected that the company will soon expand the update to more Galaxy devices globally.
