As Samsung releases the stable version of One UI 7, the company is also working to deliver the latest May 2025 security patch to its Galaxy devices in various regions. With plans to expand the update to more countries, the Galaxy S25 series is now receiving this update in Canada.

The newest firmware for the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra has begun rolling out, identified by the build numbers S931WWLS3AYDG, S936WWLS3AYDG, and S938WWLS3AYDG, respectively.

The May 2025 security patch, while not introducing significant new features or changes, places a strong emphasis on enhancing the device’s overall security and core functionality. This latest security update primarily focuses on security improvements.
