Although it is expected that some Galaxy S25 features will be expanded to older Galaxy S-series devices with the One UI 7 update, a recent report suggests that two features may not be included.

According to a reliable tipster, Tarun Vats, on the social media platform X, a few Galaxy S25 features may not arrive on older Galaxy S-series smartphones with the One UI 7 update. Specifically, the two features in question are:

• 10-bit HDR video recording
• Gallery natural language search

However, Samsung has not made any official statements regarding this report, so it remains to be seen whether these features will be available on older Galaxy S-series devices with the One UI 7 update. Previously, the same tipster hinted that some Galaxy S25 features, including Log video and AI Filter, would be coming to older devices, and these features have already arrived on the Galaxy S24 with One UI 7 beta 4.
