Samsung is preparing to launch its next Fan Edition variant, the Galaxy S25 FE, with the global variant of the device recently spotted on a software server, indicating a launch may be imminent.
Earlier this year, Samsung released the Galaxy S25 series, which includes the standard Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra variants. The company also introduced the Galaxy S25 Edge last month. Now, Samsung is actively working on the Galaxy S25 FE, which is expected to launch by the end of the year.
A tipster, Alfaturk, has shared a post on X revealing that the global variant of the Galaxy S25 FE has appeared on software testing with the dedicated firmware S731BXXU0AYFB. Notably, this version number is subject to change as the software team makes modifications, and new builds will be uploaded to the server.

Although the tipster has not specified which software test server the device was spotted on, it is likely that the Galaxy S25 FE will run on Android 16-based One UI 8, given that Samsung is set to introduce the stable One UI 8 version next week with the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7. This would pave the way for upcoming devices to run the latest One UI version out of the box.
