Samsung has recently unveiled its latest flagship series, the Galaxy S25, and also showcased a slimmer version, the Galaxy S25 Edge, which is scheduled for release later this year. We are now receiving information about the device’s body, which is reportedly made of ceramic.
It’s worth noting that a ceramic build will give the device a more glass-like appearance while providing better durability and a smooth feel.
According to a report, the Galaxy S25 Edge may feature a ceramic build on the back, although it’s unclear whether the company will use a ceramic-mix glass or a pure ceramic build. To enhance durability, the device is expected to have a metal frame, possibly made of Armor aluminum.
Galaxy S25 Edge Specifications (Expected)
Based on rumors, the Galaxy S25 Edge may feature a 6.7-inch screen, similar to the Galaxy S25+. Despite its slim body, the device is expected to come with a 200 MP camera and a 12 MP ultra-wide camera.
In terms of battery life, the Galaxy S25 Edge may have a 3900mAh battery with 25W fast charging. To deliver powerful performance, the device could be equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, 12GB RAM, and 256GB or higher storage.

Although Samsung has not officially confirmed the launch dates for the Galaxy S25 Edge, it is expected to be launched in early Q2, according to expectations. With the unveiling of the devices set for MWC 2025, we may receive more information about the launch date in the coming days.
