Samsung has officially confirmed the release date of the stable One UI 7 and is currently prioritizing the distribution of the March 2025 security update to its eligible Galaxy devices. The update is now being expanded to additional regions.

The most recent March 2025 security patch is now available for the Galaxy S24 series, S22 series, and S24 FE in Europe, with a broader rollout expected to follow shortly.

The update for the Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra carries the build numbers S921BXXS5AYB6, S926BXXS5AYB6, and S928BXXS5AYB6, respectively. Meanwhile, the older Galaxy flagships S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra have the version numbers S901BXXSDEYB1, S906BXXSDEYB1, and S908BXXSDEYB1, respectively.

The Galaxy S24 family member, the S24 FE, is also receiving the same security update, identified by the build number S721BXXS3AYB3.

Although the security patches are relatively small and do not introduce significant features or changes, they primarily focus on enhancing the device’s overall security and core functionality. The update incorporates numerous fixes for previously addressed security vulnerabilities, providing a safer and more secure user experience while protecting the device from potential threats.

In addition to the security enhancements, the update also improves the overall system stability and reliability, bringing performance optimizations that result in smooth, stable, and optimized functionality.
