Samsung continues to roll out its February 2025 security update to its eligible Galaxy devices, with a significant number of devices already covered worldwide.

Following the release of the patch in Europe, Samsung has now made its February update available for the Galaxy S24 FE in the US, specifically for Verizon carrier-locked units, bearing the build number S721USQS3AYA1.

The latest software update primarily focuses on security, addressing various vulnerabilities from previous versions to enhance user safety and protect the device against potential threats, without introducing significant new features or changes.

In addition to security enhancements, the update also brings key performance optimizations and stability improvements to the overall system, resulting in more efficient functionality.

Initially released in 2024 with Android 14, the Galaxy S24 FE has started receiving the February security update, first in Europe and now in the US, allowing users to download the latest version on their devices as it becomes available.
