Samsung is proceeding with the rollout of the March 2025 security update for additional eligible Galaxy devices, and simultaneously, the company is introducing the patch for owners of the Galaxy S22 series for the first time.

The March 2025 patch is now available for the Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra in South Korea, with build numbers S901NKSS7EYB3, S906NKSS7EYB3, and S908NKSS7EYB3, respectively. The update is expected to expand to other major regions soon.

Notably, the security patches included in this update are relatively minor and aimed at enhancing functionality, but do not introduce any significant new features or changes.

However, this update does bring numerous fixes for security vulnerabilities addressed in previous versions, thereby improving the device’s security and core functionality while protecting against potential threats to provide a safer and more secure user experience.

Additionally, the update enhances the overall system stability and brings various performance optimizations, resulting in smooth, stable, and efficient functionality.

Furthermore, the latest March 2025 patch has started rolling out for Galaxy S22 series owners in South Korea, allowing them to download the latest version on their devices as it becomes available.
