Samsung has released the ‘Gemini update’ for the Galaxy A56, Galaxy A36, and Galaxy A26 smartphones. While the update includes the May security patch for the Galaxy A56, it also seems to have introduced a bug that is occurring with surprising frequency.

According to a recent report, numerous Galaxy A56 users have noticed that the update is preventing their devices from booting seamlessly after installation. Notably, this issue is not limited to the Netherlands and Belgium, as initially thought.

Fortunately, users affected by this issue can take a few steps to resolve the problem: remove the SIM card from the device and then reboot. Once the phone has restarted, the SIM card can be reinserted.
