Deepwatch, a leading provider of artificial intelligence and human cyber resilience platforms, has announced the acquisition of Dassana, a startup specializing in security intelligence solutions. The acquisition will enable Deepwatch to integrate Dassana’s AI-driven risk and threat exposure management technology into its platform, enhancing its capabilities.

According to Deepwatch CEO John DiLullo, the integration of Dassana’s technology will provide CISOs and security leaders with real-time insights into their security posture. This acquisition will also equip Deepwatch’s internal SOC operations and customers with advanced tools for automation, compliance reporting, and proactive security management, ultimately strengthening their security infrastructure.

Dassana’s solutions seamlessly integrate with existing security infrastructure, aggregating and normalizing data from various security tools to provide a unified view of an organization’s security environment. This enables organizations to gain real-time visibility into their security posture and leverage actionable insights to accelerate remediation efforts and optimize security controls. The CISO Copilot feature automates evidence collection for compliance, allocates resources based on business impact, and provides real-time board-level metrics, allowing CISOs to make informed, data-driven decisions.
