Polish cybersecurity services have identified an unauthorized breach into the Polish Space Agency’s (POLSA) IT infrastructure, according to Minister for Digitalisation Krzysztof Gawkowski, who announced the news on Sunday.

“Following the incident, the affected systems were secured, and comprehensive operational activities are underway to determine the perpetrator of the cyberattack,” Gawkowski stated on social media platform X.

Poland has previously accused Russia of attempting to destabilize the country due to its role in providing military aid to Ukraine, which Russia has denied.

The agency confirmed to news agency PAP that a cybersecurity incident had occurred. The situation is being analyzed, and to secure data, the POLSA network was disconnected from the Internet, it told PAP.
