Apple is set to introduce a new feature that will allow iCloud users to invite people to parties, meetings, and other events in a more convenient manner, according to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman.

The company has code-named this service Confetti, and it is reportedly scheduled to launch as early as this week, Gurman states. Although there are limited details available on how the feature will function, Confetti is believed to be linked to iCloud and may also mark the beginning of a broader overhaul of Apple’s Calendar app.

Furthermore, it appears that the feature release will be tied to iOS 18.3, the latest update to Apple’s iPhone software that began rolling out on Monday and also prompts users to opt into Apple Intelligence.
