Owners of the Galaxy S24 series have been testing the latest Android 15-based One UI 7 beta since December 2024. Following the release of the 4th beta, Samsung has issued three additional updates as hotfixes for the 4th One UI beta build. However, a recent report suggests that the company may bypass One UI 7 Beta 5 for S24 users and instead release the stable version.

According to information shared by tipster Tarun Vats on X, it appears that Samsung is considering skipping the One UI 7 beta 5 build for the Galaxy S24 series and moving directly to the stable version.However, the tipster notes that this information should not be taken as entirely official or true, as Samsung’s plans for the latest software release can change at any moment due to potential last-minute bugs.The release of the stable One UI 7, which runs Android 15, has been a topic of anticipation for the entire Galaxy family, who are eagerly waiting for the newest version to arrive. Meanwhile, Samsung has released several affordable smartphones that come with the One UI 7 stable version out of the box, following the launch of the Galaxy S25 series.Samsung has already announced the One UI 7 stable launch timeline, which is scheduled for April 2025.
