Google is continually enhancing its AI-powered chatbot capabilities by introducing new features, with a strategy of initially releasing them to paid users before making them available to free version users. Google has been following this approach, having already introduced several features, including Gemini conversational mode, Gemini live, and file analysis, among others.

Following this strategy, the company is now reported to be bringing another feature to free users. The latest development indicates that Google may soon make a new feature available to free users, in line with its approach of initially releasing features to paid users.

Gemini Deep Research to be Introduced to Free Users on Galaxy Devices

Given that Google’s Gemini is seamlessly working on Android devices, it is logical that the feature will be available on all Android devices, including Samsung smartphones. According to a report, the Deep Research feature is expected to be made available to free app users in the coming days. Additionally, Gemini has been integrated into various Android devices, including the Galaxy S25 series.

For context, the Deep Research tool was previously only available to paid users, offering the ability to conduct in-depth research on specific subjects. While the premium version of the feature is expected to arrive with some limitations, allowing it to be used for only a few tasks, it will still be beneficial for users as it will enable them to conduct valuable research with less effort and obtain information on particular topics.

Meanwhile, Samsung users can also expect to receive several Gemini integration features with the upcoming One UI 7 update. In terms of availability, it is anticipated that the company will roll out a stable update to most eligible devices over the next couple of months.
