OpenAI has announced that its video generation model, Sora, is now accessible to users in several European countries, including the European Union, the U.K., Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland.
According to the company’s statement on Friday, subscribers to ChatGPT Plus and Pro in these regions can utilize the model to generate videos.
OpenAI initially introduced Sora in February 2024 and made it available to ChatGPT Plus and Pro users in December, although it was not initially available in the European Union at that time.
