Today, Google Cloud has announced that it is strengthening its collaboration with Salesforce to enable more businesses to leverage AI tools. The key updates are as follows:

  • Salesforce will be integrating Gemini into its Agentforce platform, allowing all Salesforce customers to utilize Gemini for powering their AI agents.
  • Customers will have the ability to unify their data analytics across Looker, BigQuery, and Salesforce’s Tableau, providing a more comprehensive view of their data.
  • Salesforce is investigating ways to improve the connection between Slack and Google Workspace products, such as Google Chat, to facilitate seamless communication across different platforms.
  • Salesforce is making its core platforms, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Hyperforce, available on Google Cloud, and customers can start deploying Salesforce via the Google Cloud Marketplace.
