
Samsung is preparing to launch the Galaxy Z Fold 7 in the second half of the year, which is expected to feature a folding display with anti-reflective properties.
The South Korean tech giant is set to introduce its seventh-generation foldable smartphones, including the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7, later this year. Leaks and rumors about the upcoming foldable devices’ specifications and designs have already started circulating in the market. Recently, it was reported that Samsung would offer a newly designed S-Pen to enhance the writing experience with the Galaxy Z Fold 7, although it was also reported that some features might be lost in the process.
The company has begun testing a new flexible glass with an anti-reflective coating for its upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 7 smartphone.
A reliable tipster, PandaFlash, posted on X, claiming that Samsung is secretly testing a new foldable’s flexible glass with an anti-reflective coating, which would result in improved durability and reduced glare, thereby enhancing the user experience.
The device is already expected to feature a highly efficient display and be powered by the Galaxy S25’s processor. However, Samsung has yet to release an official statement regarding this new upgrade, so it remains to be seen whether the Galaxy Z Fold 7 will indeed feature anti-reflective glass.
