The recent overhaul of Samsung’s Good Lock suite, driven by the introduction of One UI 7, has led to significant enhancements in its plugins, including Home Up. Following a major redesign, Home Up has now received a new update, which focuses on resolving key issues and introducing improvements, rather than adding new features.

This latest update takes Home Up to version v16.0.00.58 and is available for download through the Galaxy Store.

Samsung Home Up’s latest update addresses issues with the DIY Home screen

The primary focus of this update is to resolve a significant issue where One UI Home would force close due to conflicts with specific resources when entering the home screen editing screen while using the DIY Home screen feature.

Additionally, the update fixes a bug that caused widgets to remain transparent when deleted using the toolbar in DIY Home screen mode. Furthermore, it introduces several bug fixes and improvements to provide a more seamless and smooth experience for users customizing their device’s home screen.

With the introduction of One UI 7, Samsung has incorporated numerous features and customizable options into Good Lock’s Home Up, which has been optimized for the company’s latest flagship series, the S25.
