Samsung Unveils New Galaxy F16 Device to Expand Lower Mid-Range Galaxy F Series

Samsung is gearing up to expand its lower mid-range Galaxy F series by debuting a new device called Galaxy F16. The Korean tech giant is working on several mid-range smartphones to debut by the end of the first half of the year, including the Galaxy A56 and Galaxy A36, both of which have already been spotted online on several certifications.

Apart from these smartphones, Samsung is also working on the Galaxy F16 5G to debut in the coming days. A tipster has shared a post revealing the Galaxy F16 details with the model number SM-E166/DS, claiming that the device will be launched in February in India.

Galaxy F16 Specifications Revealed

According to the tipster, the upcoming Galaxy F16 will feature a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display, which will deliver bright colors and sharp images with a refresh rate of 90 Hz and Full HD+ resolution support. The device is rumored to have a triple camera setup, including a 50MP main camera, a 5MP ultrawide camera, and a 13MP selfie camera on the front side.

The battery package will include a 6,000 mAh battery with 25 W fast charging support to get you back up to full power quickly. Samsung could power the device with the MediaTek Dimensity 6300+ chipset, along with 8GB of RAM. Reportedly, the device is expected to cost under INR 15,000, which is about $171. However, these are not official details of the smartphone, so it remains to be seen whether the leaked specs will come into existence.
