Valentine’s Day Inspiration from Bluey’s Chilli and Bandit Heeler

With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, we’re looking at some heartwarming parenting moments from our favorite TV mom and dad, Chilli and Bandit Heeler from Ludo Studios’ Bluey.

The duo is a great example of how to raise kids while maintaining a healthy partner dynamic. They’re not perfect, and their relationship is often put to the test in the show’s many episodes. However, they always seem to find a way to work through their issues and show up for each other and their kids.

In "Pool," Bandit is the fun dad who often forgets important details, like swimming essentials. However, he quickly learns that these things are essential to having fun. The episode also features adorable romantic moments between the parents, such as in "Daddy Robot" and "The Bus."

Some of the most heartfelt moments between Chilli and Bandit occur while the kids are performing for them. For example, in "The Show," Bingo pretends to be a pregnant Chilli, and Bandit immediately takes her hand, tying into the show’s implication that Bingo is a rainbow baby.
