While fans eagerly await the stable release of Samsung’s One UI 7, the company is busy pushing a new update for its Galaxy Buds 3 Pro Manager app that significantly revamps the control widget to match the style of Samsung’s latest Android software skin, albeit slightly.

Samsung is rolling out a new software update for the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro Manager app, identifiable by the v7.0 version number. The key highlight of this update is the addition of a new, yet more refreshed, widget design for the Buds 3 Pro.

As with the latest Android 15-based One UI 7, Samsung revamped the overall UX and UI of its Galaxy devices, while this newest widget design revamp for Galaxy Buds 3 Pro entirely matches the entire One UI 7 theme. The post-update brings a slightly bigger widget design by default; however, besides this, there is no major change or feature added.

Alternatively, the icons for the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are now bigger, and the current settings are even visible when the Buds are not connected. This is followed by certain customization tweaks that now include a dedicated toggle for background coloring rather than using the old slider method. A slider has also been added that allows users to adjust the widget’s transparency at the same time.

Apart from this, the background coloring option not only offers you to choose from the light or dark themes but also allows you to set a color that matches your phone’s settings.

Since the newest widget redesign apparently brings a new aesthetic that matches the latest One UI 7 interface, the latest stable Android skin is still to reach the audience, especially the Galaxy S24 and S23 series. Also, it’s expected that this could happen soon, as Samsung is already too late to deliver the Android 15-based One UI 7 version for its Galaxy fans.
