Samsung is continually rolling out the Android 15-based One UI 7 stable update to its Galaxy devices. Meanwhile, the affordable Galaxy F14 4G has begun receiving this stable update.
The Galaxy F14 4G was initially launched with Android 13 and is only eligible for two major OS updates. As a result, the Android 15-based One UI 7 stable update is the final OS update for this device. Consequently, Galaxy F14 4G units in Asian regions, including India, are now receiving the stable Android 15-based One UI 7 update.
The latest firmware for the Galaxy F14 4G is identified by the build number E145FXXU7DYE2. This update significantly enhances the user experience by incorporating several key features from Android 15. These include the ability to view essential notifications on the lock screen via the Now Bar without unlocking the device.
Additionally, the update introduces a more sophisticated UI, customizable home screen widgets, quick access to the quick panel, live updates for sports scores, news, and other activities, as well as productivity tools such as Writing Assist, Drawing Assist, call summaries, and more.
The update also further enhances Galaxy AI features, although not all features will be available for this device.
Furthermore, the firmware integrates the May 2025 security patch, which focuses on improving the device’s security and core functionality to provide a more secure user experience while protecting against external threats and risks.
Samsung has already initiated the One UI 7 rollout for Galaxy F14 owners. Users can check and download the latest version on their devices via Settings > Software update > Download and install.
