Over the past few days, Lego has introduced new sets for Star Wars, and it also has new toys in store for fans of DC and Marvel. For those who are fond of Spider-Man 2 (the 2004 film) or Batman Forever, these toys are likely to evoke a strong sense of nostalgia.

The first set to be highlighted is the iconic subway train fight from Spider-Man 2, featuring Spider-Man versus Doctor Octopus. This 393-piece set includes the hero and villain, as well as Aunt May and J. Jonah Jameson. The Spider-Man figure comes with interchangeable heads and an attachable web, allowing users to recreate the scene where Peter slows down the train. The train itself has a removable roof, providing access to the interior, which can accommodate minifig passengers.

Next, there’s the Batman Forever Batmobile. With 909 pieces, this recreated vehicle features moving wheels, a molded windshield, and a cockpit with a detailed interior, in addition to a Batman minifigure with a specialized stand. The Batmobile can serve as both a toy and a display piece.

Both the Spider-Man 2 subway set and the Batman Forever Batmobile are scheduled to be released on August 1, priced at $55 and $100, respectively.
