If you’re considering upgrading your current Apple Watch or thinking of purchasing one for the first time, now is a good time. The Apple Watch Series 10 has returned to its record low price of $299 at both Amazon and Best Buy. This deal has been available a few times recently, but it still represents the lowest price for the wearable device to date.
This offer applies to the 42mm GPS version. The GPS + cellular model is also discounted by $110, bringing its price down to $389. If you prefer a larger model, the 46mm GPS model is $100 off and available for $329. Given that the Apple Watch typically only receives updates once a year, alongside the iPhone in September, these are good deals to consider while the Series 10 remains the flagship smartwatch.
The best overall smartwatch has dropped back to a record low price. The Apple Watch Series 10 is available for $299.
The Apple Watch Series 10 is our top pick for the best smartwatch overall, though keep in mind that you’ll need a compatible iPhone to use it. We gave the wearable a score of 90 in our review.
It’s worth noting that this is a relatively minor upgrade. If you have an Apple Watch Series 8 or 9, upgrading may not be necessary. However, if you’re new to Apple Watch or upgrading from an older model, the Series 10 is generally the best choice.
The Series 10 features a larger screen than its predecessor, making it easier to view notifications. The thinner frame also looks nicer. However, it’s disappointing that the device lacks the blood oxygen feature found in earlier models, although Apple had little choice but to remove it.
