Get ready to be amused by a trio of Hasbro Star Wars figures, all connected by their impressive hairdos. This unique set of characters is sure to bring a smile to your face, much like a ball of fluff from a different galaxy.
In Tokyo, Japan, at Star Wars Celebration, Hasbro has just finished showcasing its upcoming Star Wars action figures to fans, and io9 is excited to give you an exclusive, close-up look at three of these reveals. As part of the Black Series’ latest update to the classic A New Hope cast, we’re featuring the newest Han Solo and Chewbacca figures. Han’s new headsculpt boasts a remarkably fluffy rendition of Harrison Ford’s hair from the first Star Wars film, while Chewie, as usual, is covered in a thick coat of fur, with new paint decos and updates to the Black Series’ tried-and-true Wookiee formula.

However, the absolute showstopper of this trio may be the smallest in stature, but not by much. The 3.75″-scaled Vintage Collection continues the New Hope theme with an epic, furry addition: a Tusken Raider accompanied by a Bantha mount. This deluxe set includes the Tusken Raider figure, complete with a gaffi stick and rifle accessories, as well as cloth goods to make it easier for him to mount his fully articulated ride.
The Bantha, buried under layers of fur reminiscent of the classic Power of the Force Bantha figure from the ’90s, features an articulated head, legs, tail, and ankle joints, and can even open and close its mouth. It also has a detailed saddle on its hairy back to seat its Tusken rider. Take a look at the pictures below for a closer look!

Pre-orders will go live on Hasbro Pulse and other retailers tomorrow, April 18, at 3 p.m. ET. Note that the Bantha and Tusken set will be exclusively available through Pulse initially, before becoming available at Disney Stores at a later date.
