Introduction to One UI 7 Beta
The beta journey of Android 15-based One UI 7 began when Samsung released the first beta build for the Galaxy S24 series on December 5, 2024. This was followed by the release of the 2nd beta on December 16, 2024, the 3rd beta on January 6, 2025, the 4th beta on February 19, 2025, and finally, the 5th beta on March 17, 2025.
- 1st Beta Build: The One UI 7 Beta Program was released on December 5, 2024, for the Galaxy S24 series.
- 2nd Beta Build: The 2nd beta build was released on December 16, 2024.
- 3rd Beta Build: The 3rd beta build was released on January 6, 2025.
- 4th Beta Build: The 4th beta build was released on February 19, 2025.
- 5th Beta Build: The 5th beta build was released on March 17, 2025.
Expansion of One UI 7 Beta
After releasing additional updates, Samsung announced the expansion of the One UI 7 Beta program to more Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy Z Fold 6, Flip 6, Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy Tab S10 lineup, and Galaxy A55 in select regions. The expansion began with the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6, and more devices will follow:

Galaxy Tab S10+ and Tab S10 Ultra
The Galaxy A55 is also eligible for the One UI 7 beta update, and Samsung is expected to release the beta build for this device soon.
One UI 7 Beta 5 for Galaxy S24 Lineup
The Galaxy S24 series has been testing the One UI 7 Beta for a while, and Samsung has started rolling out the beta 5 update for these devices. The update brings new features, bug fixes, and introduces an S25-exclusive Samsung Log feature for the S24 and S24+ devices, although it was already available on the S24 Ultra with the beta 4 update.
What’s Next?
Samsung seems to be accelerating the rollout of One UI 7, and it’s likely that the company will begin the stable One UI 7 rollout for Galaxy devices in April, as previously announced.
