According to the announcement, Moskovitz has informed the board of his intention to transition into a chair role once a new CEO takes over.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asana has secured over $450 million in venture funding from prominent investors, including G Squared, Founders Fund, and 8VC, among others, before <a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/podcast\/palantir-asana-public-debut\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">its initial public offering in 2020<\/a>.
