Recently, there has been a surge in nostalgia for the early days of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The current era has been somewhat inconsistent, but the Infinity Saga, despite its flaws, had its share of remarkable moments. This has led many fans to revisit Avengers: Endgame to relive the excitement and reconnect with beloved characters. For those who fondly remember this period, Lego has introduced a new product that is sure to reignite nostalgia.

At the recent New York Toy Fair, Lego unveiled a 621-piece set inspired by the final battle in Avengers: Endgame. The set features an array of notable heroes, including Iron Man, Scarlet Witch, and others, as they face off against Thanos in a post-apocalyptic landscape. One of the standout elements is the inclusion of Giant-Man, an Ant-Man minifigure that fits into a fully jointed mech suit, making it a notable addition alongside Thanos. Other compelling components include Spider-Man, Falcon, and Scarlet Witch emerging from portals, Captain America wielding Mjolnir and his damaged shield, and a member of Thanos’ Chitauri army.

Overall, the set seems to capture the essence of the final battle in Avengers: Endgame quite effectively. As reported by Polygon, this marks the first Endgame-themed set to include the Ant-Man mech, Doctor Strange, and Iron Spider-Man, which could make it a must-have for collectors. For those with a creative streak, combining this set with minifigures from previous Endgame or Marvel sets could lead to the creation of a comprehensive Lego recreation of the battle. Given the enthusiasm of Lego and Marvel fans, it’s likely that such projects are already in the works.

The Avengers: Endgame Final Battle Lego set is set to release on May 1 and will be priced at $100.
